Yep! All our deliveries are made in plain packaging. Meaning no one can guess what’s inside.

Is your packaging recyclable?

All our packaging is recyclable - and the packing peanuts can be dissolved in water too.

What is Gwen made of?

Gwen is made of 100% medical-grade silicone. We’d never use anything less than that!

Are your products sustainably and ethically sourced?

Whenever possible we use local producers and ensure all of our products are sustainably and ethically made. We’re currently looking at ways to ensure Gwen is more sustainably made, including a silicone recycling programme, so watch this space!

Can I include a gift message?

Absolutely - please email hello@theknudesociety.com within 4 hours of making your purchase, and we can add one in for you.

Do I have to pay for returns?

If you need to return something, email hello@theknudesociety.com and we’ll arrange a shipment label for you.
